Conditions of withdrawal

1st. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2nd. The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible and in any case, within a maximum period of 1 days from receipt and verification of the product that is the object of the purchase withdrawal. In no case will the shipping or postage paid be refunded.

Return shipping costs

1º You can send us the product to be returned from the transport agency of your choice. We recommend doing it in a certified way so that there are no delivery problems, since we do not take responsibility for the loss of products not sent by us.

2º Choose our shipping method. We take care of collecting the package from your home and bringing it to our facilities. The shipping cost, 6.90 in Peninsula and Portugal will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Cancellation period

The buyer will have a period of 3 hours to cancel the order made successfully. Within the period of 3 hours, the cancellation will not entail any cost for the buyer. Once that time has passed, if the buyer wants to cancel his order, he will have to follow the procedure for returning the package once he has received it at home.
